If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away

If you're out of the 10-day guaranteed window, no worries! We got you covered — our 6-month warranty offers one-time replacement within the said time frame for any defects. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

  2. Email title: Return & Exchange Request Form
  3. Indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason, condition, solution, etc.
  4. Print and complete the Return & Exchange Form*.
  5. Please attach the Return & Exchange Form and send your package to our Hong Kong office. We will process your return as soon as we receive it.

* Please note that all return customers are required to pay for shipping.
