Q: How can I place an order on your website?

A: Follow these simple steps to place your order on our website:

1. Register an account with us on our website with your email address. Note that there are two sets of text boxes on the page and the second set is used for registration:
If you already have an account with us, please log in directly and skip Step 1 & Step 2.

2. Then a page will be popped up, please click the “START SHOPPING” button. You can pick your favourite goods from our store then.

3. Go to the product page of the item you were interested in. On the right side of the product page, you should see a button that reads “Add to cart”, along with the sub-items, size, colours, and price/discount of that particular product.

4. Pick out the desired design, phone model and choose the correct number of each of the sub-items in the product, check the price to see if this is within your budget. This is what you will be paying at the checkout, no taxes, no duties, no shipping cost, then click on the “Add to cart” button (as shown in the picture in the previous question).

5. Confirm Product Addition to Basket
Now the correct item should appear in your shopping basket/cart on the right of your screen. You can close the page to return to the product page, or on “View Cart and Checkout” to proceed to review your orders.

6. Once you are finished shopping and wish to pay for the merchandise you have picked up in your basket, you can click on “View Cart and Checkout”. You can now review your order.

7. There are a few things you can do on this page:

A. USE COUPON CODE
If you have received a coupon code from us in our newsletter, you can put them in the box that says “Coupon Code” and click on the “APPLY” button to apply your code to your purchase.

B. Adjust Quantity
If you prefer to add or delete the quantities of the items you buy, please click the button that reads "+" or "-".

If there are no other problems and you would like to continue on with payment, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button; the “checkout” button to proceed to payment!

8. On the next page of Payment checkout, you will be able to make sure if the shipping and billing addresses you provided when you registered your account are the ones you wish to use for this particular purchase. You will also be able to check the items in the order, and the total cost of the purchase. Also, if you have something special for the items you ordered, please leave us the message on "Comment" blank. After making sure everything is in order, you can now click on the “Place the order” button to continue.
