Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Normally, it will take 2-4 business days to process your order, Delivery Time= Processing time+Shipping Time.

Customised or Monogramming Items： Please add 5 additional business days to your shipping time when you have requested a monogram or customisation.

For presale items： your whole order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock if your order contains pre-sale items.
Meantime, you should check the estimated ship-out date on the product page. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send your order to you.
