Q: When will I be charged?

A: The money will be taken as soon as it is authorised. An email will be sent to you confirming your order. However, if your card is not authorised or in pre-authorisation status, the payment will not be taken. You can contact your bank or card issuer to authorise the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn't authorised, transactions with SOUL-CIAL will continue. This is because some card issuers hold funds for a short period of time. We will process your order once we have received the payment, or you can choose to cancel the unpaid SOUL-CIAL order.
