1. The event period is from the date of announcement until September 15, 23:59 (UTC+8).
2. By participating in this event, all participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participants must complete and submit the registration form within the promotion period. Only the first registration will be counted if any repeated submissions.
4. Participants who provide incomplete or false information shall be disqualified. SOUL-CIAL reserves the right to revoke the participation or winning eligibility of any participant found to have cheated or acted inappropriately, without further notice.
5. SOUL-CIAL will select the 30 most creative answers after the event ends. The selection process and criteria shall be at the sole discretion of SOUL-CIAL, and the decision shall be final.
6. Any personal data collected shall be used for the purposes of administering and operating the promotion, or for future promotional activities.
7. The list of winners shall be announced on SOUL-CIAL's social media platforms within two weeks after the event ends.
8. Winners are required to respond and collect the prize within one month after the winner's announcement. If no response is received from the winner, they will automatically forfeit the prize, and participants cannot object.
9. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or benefit-in-kind.
10. The submitted content shall not contain any content that is or is likely to be illegal, immoral, obscene, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, political, offensive, or infringement of legal rights of a third party or otherwise inappropriate. SOUL-CIAL has the sole and absolute discretion to determine what constitutes inappropriate content and reserves the right to disqualify participants’ eligibility without further notice.
11. SOUL-CIAL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of SOUL-CIAL shall be final and conclusive.
12. In case of inconsistency between Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
